Dr. Rowles is an Associate Professor of Professional Practice and Director of the Advanced Pain Management Fellowship atTexas Christian University School of Nurse Anesthesia. She is currently serving in her third term as President of the International Federation of Nurse Anesthetists (IFNA), Dr. Rowles is a past president of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA), served on the American Academy of Pain Management’s (AAPM) Board of Directors for eight years with four years as Treasurer, and was a Nursing Organizations Alliance (NOA) Board Member for three years also serving as Treasurer, and a G4 Alliance Board Member for 3 years serving as treasurer for 2 of those years.

Jackie Rowles

With more than twenty years of experience in nursing and anesthesia, she has been involved in medical education in various African countries. She is a faculty member and Director of Education for the KRNA program under the Kijabe College of Health Sciences (KCHS). Ms. Mungai is the current Africa Representative in the Executive Board of the International Federation of Nurse Anesthetists (IFNA). She has been an invited speaker/faculty in Kenya, Uganda, Somaliland, Ethiopia, and USA.

Mary Mungai

Moncef has served as an anesthesia practitioner in Tunis for the past 40 years. With his vast experience and expertise he ventured into medical education and currently works as an Associate Anesthesia/ IC lecturer and trainer. Past-president and founder of Tunisian Association ATTAR, Moncef continues to contribute to the field of Global Health as an invited speaker at international events including IFNA/WCNA congresses.

Moncef Jendoubi
Gilles is the founder of the Burundi Anaesthesia Society ATSARPS, established in 2016. Having served as an anesthetist for more than 5 years, he represents Burundi in national and international organizations including IFNA, WFSA and WFCCN.

With 17 Years of experience, Jean is a Non-Physician Anesthetist and Resuscitation Officer from Rwanda. He works at Kigali University Teaching Hospital (CHUK) where he also serves in the Continuous Quality Improvement & Accreditation committee. Jean is an Adviser to the Rwanda Association of Non – Physician Anesthetists and a Member of Council for National Representatives (CNR) of International Federation for Nurse Anesthetists (IFNA).
